CaryRx is a consumer pharmacy that enables same-day and next-day prescription delivery through our mobile app experience. Instead of going to a CVS or Walgreens, patients can download the CaryRx mobile app through the iOS or google play app store or by visiting CaryRx.com/download.. When a patient is using CaryRx's mobile app, many more features become unlocked in OneDash for you, including: metric monitoring, Apple & Google health, order monitoring, patient chat and much more.
CaryRx mobile app features that patients can utilize:
-Chat with CaryRx pharmacy team.
-Visual prescription management.
-Easy refills and transfers.
-Live order tracking
OneDash is our health plan facing digital pharmacy platform that extends many of the same functionality that consumers enjoy to our health plan partners. This includes:
-Scheduling prescription delivery.
-Monitoring order status.
-Adherence scores
-Prior authorization updates.
-Chat with your members who are actively using the CaryRx mobile app.
-Health metrics such as adherence; Apple and Google health metrics.
Healthcare providers can prescribe directly to CaryRx for patients via phone, fax or electronic prescription.

If patient has not signed up for CaryRx yet, they will receive a text message with instructions to sign up for CaryRx.
Existing CaryRx patients:
Each time a new prescription is sent, patients will receive a push notification when a new prescription is received.
