Follow Patients
When first logging in to OneDash, your first action should be to follow all patients that are under your care or that you would like to monitor.
Share With Patients
Once you follow patients, the next step would be to share the CaryRx mobile app with patients. The mobile app is not needed to schedule prescription delivery for patients, as orders can be fully managed via OneDash with text message updates and tracking sent to patients. However, it is recommended to have patients use the mobile app for a heightened experience. When a patient is using CaryRx as their primary pharmacy with the CaryRx mobile app, features such as metric monitoring, Apple & Google health, order monitoring and patient chat become available.
Get Prescriptions to CaryRx
Transfers
Patients can request transfers from their previous pharmacies to CaryRx in the CaryRx mobile app -or- you can request a transfer on behalf of the patient in OneDash by clicking "My patients" and clicking into a patients profile. Click "Transfer Rx's to CaryRx" to initiate a transfer from another pharmacy to CaryRx.
New Prescriptions
Have health care providers prescribe directly to CaryRx. Healthcare providers can prescribe directly to CaryRx for patients via phone, fax or electronic prescription.

If the patient has not signed up for CaryRx mobile yet, they will receive a text message with instructions to sign up for CaryRx.
Existing CaryRx patients:
Each time a new prescription is sent, patients will receive a push notification when a new prescription is received.
