How do I view all of my active orders?


After submitting an order, you can monitor the status of an order by selecting "Orders" on the top menu. You'll be able to view the latest status of all of your active orders for your patient base. 



Will my patient be kept up to date on their orders status?


Yes, your patient will received updates via text message and email as an order moves through various stages of fulfillment. When a same day delivery is out for delivery, a patient will receive a text message with a link to track their package in real time as it is being delivered to them. 


If a patient already has the CaryRx mobile app and has registered their account, they will also received push notifications via the CaryRx mobile app. In addition, they will have access to live tracking and order tracking within the CaryRx mobile app. 


Is there support available for orders?
