Following a patient is easy to do! We'll cover the few steps needed to add a patient. Remember, in order to get the most out of OneDash, patients must be followed. Once followed, you'll be able to chat with patients, monitor metrics, monitor orders and much more.
1) Select the "My Patients" menu item at the top of your OneDash page.
2) Select "Follow a Patient" just below the main menu.

3) Enter at least 1 field: First Name, Last Name or Date of Birth and then select "Search".
4) When you find your intended patient, simply select "Follow".
