In order to get the most out of both OneDash and the CaryRx experience, be sure to have your patients use the CaryRx mobile app. This ensures patients have the most insight and visibility into their current prescriptions while having full chat support with the CaryRx pharmacy team. With the CaryRx mobile app, patients can schedule express delivery with orders being delivered within the hour.
Further, if your patients are registered on the CaryRx mobile app, you will be able to chat with them via OneDash. In addition, you'll have access to more insights and metrics, such as apple and google health metrics collected from your patients.
