If you'd like to schedule a prescription delivery on behalf of your patient, you can do so in a few easy steps. OneDash and patient mobile app's are synchronized so that orders can be monitored on both platforms, regardless of where the order originates. In other words, if you schedule an order from OneDash, your patient will be able to monitor the order progress on their mobile app and vice versa.
Let's get an order scheduled!
1) Select "My Patients" from the top menu in OneDash.
2) Select the patient you would like to place an order for. If you have too many patients to search through, you can click "Search" and type in any field to find your patient (First Name, Last Name, DOB, Phone Number or Email).

3) Select "New Rx Order". Pictured below:
4) Check the prescriptions you would like to include in the prescription delivery order.
5) Select "Next" to move to the scheduling step.
6) Select or add the patients delivery address; select the delivery method and add any relevant delivery notes. Lastly, hit "Submit" to finalize the order.
*Please note, for same day or express deliveries, someone must be present to receive the delivery. This could be the patient, a friend or family member or even a front desk personnel for their building. Packages cannot be left unattended on a doorstep. If an order is not urgent, select "2-Day Mail Order (USPS)" and the package will be shipped to the patients home.
